It is time for me to stop looking back and start moving forward. I am ready to leave behind my painful feelings. I am prepared to let go of the past.
Instead, I celebrate my past successes and learn from my mistakes.
I now feel better than ever before because I let go of the negative feelings.
As I move on, I see that fear & worry are just an illusion of the mind.
I wonder, why would we live our lives with such stress and anxiety when we already have everything that we need? This is an old way of thinking I carry from when I was a young child. Today I find a better way forward.
Instead, I face my past. And rather than be scared by the experience, I look forward to exploring it with a new mindset.
