When I Change My Thoughts, I Change My Life Affirmation

Changing my thoughts has changed my life. I take responsibility for my mental health, which I have dramatically improved by focusing on a positive mindset.

My mind is powerful, and I can control my life through thoughts. I continuously practice replacing limiting beliefs with positive thoughts and visualizations of success.

I understand that the thoughts I carry in my mind affect every area of my life.

I let go of the past, forgive myself and others, and try to recognize when I have a negative thought pattern. I observe the thoughts and then redirect them to a positive outcome.

I can improve my mood by carefully selecting positive thoughts about what I want and need in life. I believe it is possible, I see it in my mind, and I know soon I can hold it in my hands.

It helps me build confidence, living in the knowledge that I can succeed as long as I stay focused on positive thinking.

When I face challenges or feel stress, I remind myself that this too shall pass, and it is a temporary feeling. I tell myself I can handle it and it is okay. I keep working on my positive thinking to help cope with pressure.

I know that I am capable of achieving everything I want to accomplish.

Today, I seek validation from myself. I give myself love and speak to myself kindly. I like to hear compliments from friends and family, and I feel confident knowing I receive this positive feedback.
